Registrar's Office
The registrar's office is responsible for the correct enforcement of the decisions of the examination board and the examination regulations. The registrar's office acts as executive office of the examination board. In other words: It practically realizes the various tasks of the examination board and it is "at the grassroots level".

Our Scope
Our tasks comprise:
- Control of prerequisites for admission to examination; examination dates / coordination between examiners and students;
- Registry of the performed work (exams, certificates);
- Issuing of (nearly all) certificates of academic achievement;
- Consultation of students in nearly all matters relating to their studies. If we can't help you, we will refer you to other persons in charge.
- Besides, we also offer you a cup of tea in case of exam nerves or any other emotional complaints.
Our tasks do not comprise:
- To carry out examinations;
- To perform course achievements on behalf of the students - this is your responsibility.
